Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days after you receive the product.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we usually cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, including all accessories and manuals.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Please do not send any products back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.


Non‑returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items marked “final sale” or “non‑returnable” on the product page
  • Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

We sell hardware (mounts, stands, accessories), so examples like food, flowers, CDs, DVDs, etc. do not apply to our store.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm that we have received it and to let you know whether your refund is approved or rejected.

Sale items

Unless otherwise stated, only regular‑priced items may be refunded.
Items bought on sale or with heavy discounts may be non‑refundable or eligible only for exchange or store credit, depending on the promotion.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange a product for the same item:

  2. We will confirm whether the exchange is approved and provide return or replacement instructions.

Do not send items back to any address without contacting us first; we will confirm the correct return or warehouse address.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive:

  • gift credit or replacement item for the value of your return once the returned product is received and inspected.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver first, we will send any refund to the original purchaser, who will then see the return on their statement.


Shipping returns

If we approve your return, we will provide instructions by email, including the return address.

  • Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.), you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return the product.
  • Shipping costs are non‑refundable. If you receive a refund, any original shipping costs may be excluded or the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund, depending on the situation.

Depending on where you live and the shipping method used, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you can vary.

For higher‑value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
